Nataša Lenarčič

Short Biography
Nataša Lenarčič, hailing from Komenda, attended Gimnazija Ledina after completing elementary school, and then continued her studies at the Faculty of Education in Ljubljana. During her undergraduate thesis titled "Didactics of the Slovenian Language and Literature in Bilingual Folk Schools in Austrian Carinthia," she encountered a different teaching approach compared to what was typically presented in Slovenian schools.

Innovative teaching methods and fostering positive relationships became central themes in her ongoing professional development, which she regularly incorporated into her daily practice.

For the past seven years, she has been teaching at OŠ Preserje pri Radomljah, where she deepened her knowledge of relationships and working with children. She developed her teaching model and a program aimed at enhancing children's self-awareness, contributing to improved communication and more tolerant relationships within groups.

She leads a parents' school, an internal choice theory group for teachers at her school, supervisory groups for teachers and educators from other institutions, organizes training sessions and workshops in other schools, conducts online education through Zoom, and provides support to individuals (parents, students, teachers).
