Each meeting is intended to strengthen the skills of development group leaders, promote mutual support and exchange of knowledge among participants.
After the initial seminar, we form development groups at schools. We propose a leader from among the members of the development group who coordinates the group's activities and, in cooperation with the school management, leads the group.
